Showroom

This is our front showroom area. We display a few lines of products here as well as some comleted engines are put up here while they await dyno tuning.

Main Assembly Area

The front part of our shop is used primarily for engine assembly only. This area is kept very clean and can be isolated from the rest of the shop. Only engnes that are being assembled or being prepped for dyno testing come into this area.

We have an area set aside to build all of our high performance transmissions.

Here is a 4L80e trans that is being put together for a 700hp GMC Syclone.

Parts / Completed Engines

Here is where we keep engines that are completed and are being prepped for the engine dyno to be tested.

Behind the engines is an area we use to stock parts for current projects and some misc shop supplies.

Cylinder Head Machine

This Sunnen VGS can perform many functions on cylinder heads including:

Guide boring and install
Seat boring and install
3 angle valve jobs and throat cutting
Rocker stud drilling and replacement
and many other functions..........

Hines Balncer

We utlize a Hines digital balancer to balance all of our crank assemblies.

Cylinder Honing

This CK-10 creates the fine cylinder finsh we put on all of our high performance engines to create maximum ring seal. On most engines we go through a 6 step process to ensure a perfect finsh on all the blocks we hone.

CBN Surfacer & Boring Machine

This machine creates 2 functions, one is a CBN style cutter surfacing machine that puts a very fine finsh on heads and block suitable for Cometic style gaskets used in many of out high boost engines. The second function is to rough bore the cylinders on a block to within .005"-.008" away from final size in preperation for the CK-10 above.

Custom Fab Shop

Located in the back of our shop is where we do some custom projects and fabricating. We have a Miller tig welder and a 2 post 8000lb hoist to assist us in building some wild projects like the twin turbo Chevy Tahoe and the twin turbo ZO6 Vette.

Superflow Engine Dyno & Mustang Chassis Dyno

For custom tuning of all of our engines we utilize a Superflow SF-902 engine dyno and a MD250 Mustang chassis dyno. Theses dynos are the standard today for testing engines and vehicles and are a great tool for tuning EFI and carb engines for maximum output.
